Is there a charge for opening an account?
No 4nkygadgets does not charge for opening accounts. If you need any help, go to HOW TO ORDER or click contact us, do send us an email and we will give you utmost assistance.
Why are there few branded products?
4nkygadgets was set up to introduce our customers to a fantastic range of non-brand china made electronics at rock bottom prices. These non-brand products function as good as the branded products, the only difference been that branded products have got a name. However, we are constantly on the lookout for great branded products to add to our catalog and will slowly introduce some brands to satisfy the needs of our customers who prefer such.

Yes, all our products are original. We do not offer replicas
Are your products in stock?
Yes 98% of our products are in stock from location in china, occasionally 2% of our products become out of stock.
What happens if the product is out of stock? Can I preorder?
We always endeavor to make out of stock products available within 2 weeks. No, you cannot pre-order but if you contact us to express your interest in the product, we can notify you immediately they become are in stock.

Do you charge delivery charges?
No all our products are shipped globally from china for free. However, some countries do charge import duties depending on your country, you might be charged import tax.
The goods were delivered but I was charged for custom duties. Why?
Because the goods are shipped from china, depending on your country, you might be required to pay import taxes. Please ensure that you acquaint yourself with the import tax laws of your country before you place an order so that their will be no surprises when the delivery man presents you with this charge.
